PAYLESS Rental Cars at Chicago Airport

Once you have arrived at Chicago Airport, please be sure to collect all your personal items before continuing to the car rental area, where you will find the various car rental offices.

To get to the rental office, you will need to follow signs to the lower-level baggage claim area and take a free rental car shuttle bus marked "Rental Cars/Parking Lot F". The shuttle will take you to the multi-modal facility where you will find the appropriate desk.

When hiring a vehicle from Payless Car Rentals, a valid driving license, passport/ID card and credit card must be presented. When renting from payless, you must present the same credit card which was used for the online payment. We inform you that should you need to cancel 48 hours before the pick-up time, a processing fee will be charged.

During the rental period, you are responsible for any tolls on the roads that you drive on. Payless offers an optional e-toll service, which allows you to use electronic lanes, as their vehicles come equipped to process tolls electronically.

Payless also offers child safety seats for infants and toddlers as well as booster seats for youngsters. Seats may vary, so it is best to contact the company in advance when booking a vehicle with a child seat.

The Payless Car Rental office is open seven days a week, from 10:0am until 20:00pm.
