SILVERCAR Rental Cars at Chicago Airport

Once you have arrived at Chicago O’Hare Airport, please be sure to collect all your personal items before continuing to the car rental center.

Once you are ready, you can inform the rental agent that you have arrived by clicking on the ‘Pick Me Up’ button on the app. You will need to add which terminal you have arrived in.

You should then follow the instructions for the pick-up.

From Terminal 1, 2 or 3, you will need to proceed to the outermost curb of the terminal and inform your agent of your vestibule number. Once the agent is on their way, you will receive a confirmation message.

From Terminal 5 (International flights), you will need to head over to the pedestrian island outside the lower-level baggage claim area

The Silvercar Rental Chicago office is open from 09:00am until 17:00pm, seven days a week.

For health and safety reasons, face masks must be worn when being collected and also at the Silvercar facility.
